    2nd and 3rd movement
  2. R.Schumann 3 Romanzen for Oboe and Piano op.94 Nr.2
  3. B.Britten 6 Metamorphoses after Ovid op.49 Nr.4 gBacchush

The following three pieces should be performed:

  1. H.Dutilleux Sonata pour Hautbois et Piano 1st and 2nd movement
  2. A.Vivaldi Oboe Concerto in C-Major RV.447 1st movement
  3. B.Britten 6 Metamorphoses after Ovid op.49

ySecond Stagez

The following three pieces should be performed:

  1. W.A.Mozart Concerto for Oboe and Orchestra in C-Major KV.314 (285d)
  2. Choose one from the following pieces:
    (a) R.Strauss Concerto for Oboe¦
    (b) B.Martinu Concerto for Oboe¦
    (c) D.Milhaud Concerto for Oboe¦
    (d) B.A.Zimmermann Concerto for Oboe¦
  3. Choose one from the following pieces:
    (a) A.Pasculli Gran Concerto su temi dall`opera gI vesperi sicilianih di Verdi
    (b) F D.Milhaud Sonatine
    (c) L.Berio Sequenza ‡Z
    (d) K.Stockhausen In Freundschaft¦
yFinal Stage z

The following three pieces should be performed:

  1. J.S.Bach Sonata in g-minor BWV.1030b
  2. A.Dorati Duo concertante for Oboe and Piano

N.B

  1. It would be desirable to perform by memory from the set pieces stated above (marked with¦)
  2. With the exception of unaccompanied pieces, all pieces are to be accompanied by piano. (Tuned to A =442).
    However, in the Final Stage the Bach piece may be accompanied by cembalo.
