The hours of the competition are subject to change.

Preliminary Screening (recorded audition/closed):	May 2009
	{Period for application: April 1 through April 24, 2009}
First Stage (open to the public):	October 10th (Sat.) 10:00a.m.-8:00p.m. October 11th (Sun.) 10:00a.m.-8:00p.m. (results announcement: at around 8:30p.m.)
Second Stage (open to the public):	October 13th (Tue.) 11:00a.m.-6:00p.m. October 14th (Wed.) 11:00a.m.-6:00p.m. October 15th (Thurs.) 11:00a.m.-7:00p.m. (results announcement: at around 8:00p.m.)
Final Stage (open to the public):	October 18th (Sun.) 10:00a.m.-5:00p.m. (The Final Stage will be performed with the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra.)
Prizes and Award Presentation Ceremony (open to the public):	October 18th (Sun.) at around 5:30p.m.-6:00p.m.

For requesting admission ticket, please apply to the secretariat by telephone, fax or e-mail with the information listed below. The admission ticket will be sent to you accordingly. One person needs one ticket. The admission ticket is also handled at the ticket service counter of the Karuizawa Ohga Hall. NOTICE

Kindly keep away from any behavior to disturb　performance and judgment.
Please do not leave or enter the hall while music is being played.
Preschool children are not allowed in the hall.
Kindly follow the instruction of the hall staff.
We appreciate your kind attention and cooperation.

The personal information submitted here will be solely used for the purpose of admission tickets to the 9th International Oboe Competition of Karuizawa, Japan 2009 and for no other purposes.
The secretariat will take necessary and appropriate security control measures in line with existing technical standards to protect entrusted personal information from unauthorized access, modification, and leakage, etc.
Upon completing the purpose, the secretariat will take the responsibility in immediately deleting personal information in such manner impossible to be reprocessed.
